The journey to your CENTENARIO begins with a personal inquiry – you apply for an allocation.
For models individually made for you, under the conditions of § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. For non-individualized edition models, there is generally a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for distance contracts with consumers. You can find details in the section "Legal Notice – Binding Order" as well as in our cancellation policy.
Each CENTENARIO receives its own unique WIN (Watch Identification Number) after order confirmation. Comparable to a vehicle identification number, this unique code makes each timepiece identifiable and enables documentation of its history and changes of ownership.
To support your final decision, we provide you with an AR visualization of your chosen configuration. This allows you to virtually view your CENTENARIO in your own rooms using your smartphone. For more complex timepieces or special requests, I am also happy to assist you via Teams if you wish, to clarify any open questions together and find the best solution for your personal timepiece.

Our personal concierge service includes advice, guidance, and after-sales service – and thus goes far beyond the concept of a warranty.
Every Centenario carries its own unique WIN – comparable to a vehicle identification number. When reselling, the new owner must be reported to us so that the watch can be officially transferred. This way, the history of each watch is documented and firmly linked to its owner.

Centenario is the first mechanical wall-mounted timepiece in the world that can be fully controlled digitally. Via the app – exclusively linked with the respective timepiece and its owner – lighting effects, scenarios, and functions can be adjusted. Access is via QR code and is reserved exclusively for the owner.

Permanently mounted on the wall and electrically connected,

As with other durable equipment, the
acquisition costs can be depreciated over the useful life.
These depreciations
reduce your taxable profit as business expenses.
If you are entitled to deduct input tax, you can also deduct the
included VAT.
A self-employed person or a company – for example, a GmbH or AG – purchases a CENTENARIO for 15,000 euros including VAT. The timepiece is used exclusively for business purposes. The calculation assumes full input tax deduction and full tax recognition.
Many of our CENTENARIO Timepieces are configured according to your personal preferences and individually crafted for you. Your personal offer describes the selected version and the further conditions of your order.
For products that are not prefabricated and for which your individual selection or specification is decisive for their production, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs, there is, under the conditions of § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, no statutory right of withdrawal.
Until your written confirmation and the transfer of the deposit, your inquiry remains non-binding. Until then, you can decide at any time not to place an order.
Only with your written confirmation and a deposit of 50 % of the purchase price do you place a binding order for the production of your personal CENTENARIO, unless otherwise agreed in the offer.
We place the highest value on transparency and take plenty of time in advance for your consultation and configuration.
Exception – non-individualized small series: In some cases, we produce several identical Timepieces. For such non-individualized models, in the case of distance selling contracts with consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days generally applies. We will inform you of this when you place your order; details can be found in our cancellation policy.
This ensures that you receive your CENTENARIO in exactly the version that suits you.
